  • Certification as a civil or criminal trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy is difficult to achieve. Judicial and Attorney endorsement, a lengthy track record of successful trial experience, and the highest ethical standards must be established before the extensive written examination is attempted. Certification is valid for five years, and expires unless resertification occurs. Bill Aldred is one of the very few attorneys in the state with dual certification as both a Civil and Criminal trial specialist, having been repeatedly recertified. This trial experience usually brings about fair settlement.

Don't worry about legal action. It sounds quite daunting when you`ve never done it before, but its really not difficult and at the moment as long as you follow the correct procedure you will get your charges back. The banks always back down before the hearing, as they do not want to go into court, as they cannot justify their costs and it will make it easier for everyone to claim back their charges.. . My site below has all the details you need, and has a detailed guide to using Money Claim Online which is unique to the site. MCOL is run by the UK Court Service, and allows you to submit your claim online. My guide takes you through everything step by step, making it easy to submit your claim correctly.. . If you need any further advice, my site has a huge amount of information, and forums for one to one advice!.. . Below is the full process, which I`ve put to help other people who haven't started claiming yet, but you should start at step 3 straight away, ie sending the "Letter Before Action".. . 1) Write to the bank and ask them for a copy of your charges for the last 6 years, or alternatively a set of statements for the same period. You do this by making a "Subject Access Request" under the Data Protection Act, enclosing a cheque for ?10 made out to the bank. This by passes the banks normal charges for statements which is normal a large amount for 6 years worth. The bank have 40 days to send you the data.. . 2) Write to the bank asking them to refund your charges, giving them 14 days to reply, attaching a "Schedule of Charges" (a list of the charges you are claiming for).. . 3) Send the bank a "Letter before Action" giving the bank one last chance to refund your charges before you take court action. They have 14 days to reply.. . 4) File a claim online using the Money Claim Online web site run by the UK Court Service. The claim is served on the bank 5 days after its submitted. The bank has 14 days to acknowledge the claim. If they don't you can request a "Judgement by Default" and you win the case, and get your charges, statutory interest at 8%, and your court fees.

i have an idea for a charity that will help feed starving people but i dont know if theres any legal things i need to do. can i just start getting donations of do i need to be certified or something?.

A phone call shows initiative, confidence, and professionalism on your part. Be sincere in your wish to work for them. Whatever their decision, be polite and gracious and thank them for the opportunity. If they don't respond or let you know, then think...would you really want to work for these people anyway?

The letters need to be from people who have known me for over 5 years. I tend to keep to myself, I've never been a part of any sort of organization, club, church, or anything, the only people who've known me that long are family and friends. Is it okay to get friends to write these letters? Some of my friends I've known for 13+ years (I'm 18). Is that acceptable? It doesn't state anywhere that the references have to be professional or anything.. The only adults I've known for more than 5 years that aren't family member are my friends' parents..

Does anyone know any Free mp3 websites?
