First of all, don't create a contact form in Photoshop unless you really need some kind of image-based design present. Even then, any text and form elements should be created in the code, either by hand-coding or by using a WYSIWYG editor. You could assemble it using Dreamweaver or a similar application (although the best way to develop this sort of page is really by using a dynamically-driven, server-side process, but that's a longer discussion), and you should take care to make sure any text elements are styled using Cascading Style Sheets, rather than exporting custom fonts out of Photoshop.. . Why? First, for accessibility reasons: anyone who is visually disabled will still be able to use the form without creating a lot of extra work for you, and you can still style the elements quite creatively using CSS. Also, it will be much more easily maintainable but other developers in the future, and won't require Photoshop to make a simple text change.. . Regarding the aforementioned server-side solution, you should really look into solutions such as Drupal, Post Nuke, or even Wordpress for things like this. No HTML knowledge would be required to edit the field values, since the entire interface is web-based. But if you must do it in HTML, you're better off designing the elements that you have to in Photoshop, assembling the code in Dreamweaver, and possibly using Contribute to allow your team to modify it.

Well you see I have a foster son (Whom I will be adopting very soon) and he has been threw so much! He is very scared of touch and has a very hard time trusting us. . But he has begain to trust me and let me touch him and my daughter has hugged him once. My hubby I think has had him on his lap. He even colored a page in a coloring book with his brother So yeah he is scared of it but he is starting to see we mean him no harm and is wamring up. . But you see the problem is he is only trusting me! I mean he is just always following me(I really have no problem with this. He doesn't get in the way.) And if he someone besides me trys to touch him he freaks and hides behind me! . If he is doing anything with the rest of the family he has to have me there or he is so scared that he has even throwen up once I think. That or he almost did. (That was during a gaem my hubby was trying to play with him. I went to the store and that is sorta how we learned he has to be near me to not fear touch!) . He does love me and the rest of the family and we love him a whole lot it's just I can't always be there for him about these things and I really need to know how to get him to see that he doesn't have to have me there to be safe. That everyone want hurt you if I am not there. How do I do this?.

if some person who got a license to sell, whom i call a "licensee," but i do not give the praise of being a REALTOR to, will never find out how to properly represent his client, he shouldn't be working at all in real estate. real estate is only this kind of business: service, service, service for people, people, people who want location, location, location. so they had better be able to show you how being your buyer's broker protects YOU. and then they are worthy of getting their derned cut of the pie, at the closing.
