I'm 36 years old. I have a wife and 2 daughters. Own a house..wife is also listed as the owner of the house. Have a joint banking account, wife and daughters are beneficiaries to my life insurance policy. . My question is: what is the difference if I die now with no will versus having a will?.

That should effectively block anyone in your family from pulling your credit. If you notice inquiries that you did not authorize, you may send a letter to the company pulling the report to tell them that you did not authorize the inquiry, and ask them to remove the reference from your report. Note that excessive inquiries can lower your FICO score.. . You can also have a fraud alert placed on your credit reports for free, just by telling the credit reporting agencies that you suspect that someone may be using your information without your consent. This will also entitle you to a free copy of your credit report, so ask for this in your letter.. . You may find sample letters and addresses of the CRAs at the following sites. Good luck!

My grandfather wants to leave his estate (home & money approx total of $600K) , split amongst his three grandchildren. His son (my father) owes $40K in back child support and another $200k+ in hospital bills. Is creating a will enough for my grandfather to pass his assets onto his grandchildren without any government or probate interference because of my father? I've been told a living trust would be best, but I am curious if a will would be sufficient. My father is aware of the distribution plans and would not contest with the inheritance as he knows anything that would be left to him would be taken by the government. Any suggestions would be appreciated..

Ok, I've made up my mind to petition the court for a name change. I've researched the procedures for the state where I live (NC). . I've been miserable with my last name all my life, for a number of reasons. I want to take my grandmother's (or great-grandfather's) surname because no one believes me when I tell them I have Spanish blood (my grandmother's side came from Spain). Also, my legal last name is very ugly and I have always wanted a beautiful last name.. . Here is my problem. I know that when I change my name, I am going to have to change ALL my documents- driver's licence, passport, bank account, etc.. . I'm going abroad at the end of April and I'll need my passport. Do I have enough time to get my name change before my trip???. Do I have to get my passport changed before I go abroad?? I don't want to ruin my trip but I REALLY want to get my name changed because I HATE it!. . :).

If the job requests a cover letter sent with the resume, then spend time on it. Cover letters are what can get you the job, or at least an interview for the job. Resumes can be somewhat standard, but you have a chance to shine through with a cover letter. If the job doesn't request a cover letter, it's not necessary to complete one. If you want to, then go for it. However, if they had truly wanted one, they would have made it mandatory. Good luck to you.

If you google newsletter templates you should get plenty of examples.
