You can. You should do it like this.. . This agreement is between My Company, Ltd. ("MyCo") and ABC Co., Inc. ("ABC"). MyCo and ABC agree to...... . Then throughout the rest of the letter you can call your company ABC.

I KNOW that you cannot make much of a living off being a public notary. Thats not the question I am asking. What I AM asking is if Notary Publics can offer their Services to people at auctions?. . An example of this would be someone selling an item, and when the papers are signed officially transferring ownership from one person to the other, would notary services then be required as a way of witnessing the actual signing???.

Generally cover letters are written with three paragraphs. The first one should include a greeting and what type of position you are looking for. The second is where you should include qualifications and experience. In the third, include contact information and a brief thank you.. . You don't want your cover letter to be more than one page. I am assuming you will also be including a resume, so don't put all your qualifications in the cover letter, they can see all that in your resume.. . Don't forget to have other people read it over for you. The worst thing you can do is have spelling or grammar errors in your cover letter. Good luck!

Liberals produce little or nothing. They like to govern the producers and decide what to do with the production. Liberals believe Europeans are more enlightened than Americans. That is why most of the liberals remained in Europe when conservatives were coming to America . They crept in after the Wild West was tamed and created a business of trying to get more for nothing.

My wife has put herself into somewhat of a bind. And that makes it my bind as well. She has several charged-off accounts that she ignored and hasn't dealt with a creditor since they gave her money. I basically need someone with know-how to refer me to some sample letters of what I need to mail to creditors so I may start some kind correspondence and possibly negociate a payment plan. The collection agencys do not have her current phone or address so harrassment isn't really the issue..
