Name changes involve filing an action in court asking the judge to change your name. They do require publication in the newspaper, usually once. I know of no state where it can be done in secret. The statute must be followed for the change to be effective.

Can suggest me best site of sample business letters ?

    3. Can [I] contact my college to get my name changed on my diploma...?. I'm not sure about this. I don't think colleges do reprinting of diplomas, but I could be wrong.. . 4. I have also heard you cannot change the name on the title of your car unless it physically changes ownership.. I don't know about this one either. I'm sure if you got in touch with the register of deeds in your county, they will be able to help you.

I purchased my home in 2007 and recently had some electrical issues. The department of power came out and said the electrical wiring was replaced in 2005 without a permit which I was not aware of at the time of purchase and are now going to have an inspector come out and charge me to have it replaced and so forth. Do I have to be held responsible for this considering I bought it in this condition from the last owners who had not installed it to par? This is in CA.. Of course I had it inspected - the house is worth over $1 mil so it would be stupid not to, but maybe the inspector didn't know permits weren't filed or that the wires were replaced without them, I mean is that within the skope of an inspection, or do the sellers have to disclose this fact?. The sellers had said they had upgraded the wiring, and filed for all permits, but now the county is saying there are no permits and they installed a temporary wiring which must be replaced with permanent!!! I THINK they moved to another country, at least that was their plan during escrow...so frustrating! I should dig out the closing paperwork to find out what was listed in it..

I am of good conduct and character, a fast learner, a very patient and attentive individual and always work hard to achieve my goals.. . I would be most grateful if you could consider me for any suitable positions. I would be available for an interview at your convenience. Please find my enclosed CV where you will find further information..
