I actually liked it...it's very conversational and clear. I would make two recommendations:. . 1) in the last paragraph you write "request for your money," I would change that to "request for your business". . 2) Sign the letter with a person's name and title. The letter reads like it is coming from an individual, sign it that way.. . And one bonus recommendation:. . Attach or enclose two business cards to the letter. One for the recipient to keep and one for them to pass on to someone who needs your services.

Amendment X. . The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to THE PEOPLE.. . The Tenth Amendment does not grant the state GOVERNMENT exclusive rights to powers not delegated to the US Government.. . It specifically says OR TO THE PEOPLE as in persons.. . If a state does manage to opt out (which is HIGHLY doubtful) the people in that state are still entitled to participate in the program.. . This could be as simple as lumping them into an insurance pool with a neighboring state... and thus all of that insurance revenue would flow out of state.. . Bottom line... Republicans are butt-hurt and are tossing around a lot of threats that they won't follow through on.

They need to see a lawyer. Getting a will done is not difficult or expensive. With an Ex, children and a business it would be very foolish to put much faith into a VERY simple document that was never intended to deal with the intricacies of family or business law. My family's Will just finished probating after 3 YEARS and it was pretty clear and uncomplicated. Believe me, not taking the time to have a Will properly prepared could result in alot of grief to the family left behind. There are so many issues that we don't think of but an Attorney specializing in Estates and Wills can quickly address and resolve. This is definitely one of those things that is best to "hope for the best, but plan for the worst".
