Dear (Name). . RE: Lease on (address). . I am writing this letter to give one month's notice of my intention to surrender the lease on the above named property, as from (insert date you will be moving out).. . (If you have paid any extra deposit you need to request that as well - something like). . As per the original agreement, I am requesting repayment of the (insert amount), paid to you at the beginning of the contract.. . Yours sincerely. . sign it here. . (print or type your name).
On Sunday's "Face the Nation", Sen. Mitch McConnell advocated the right to purchase health insurance across state lines, currently prohibited. That makes sense when health care is more affordable in states other than your own.. . So here's my question: In which state(s) is health care affordable?. Las Vegas: You're working on the assumption that health insurance companies operating in different states would compete against themselves. I doubt, for instance, BCBS in New Jersey would compete against its sister in Wisconsin. BCBS in NJ is more likely to get a harder fight from an existing in-state competitor, like Aetna.. . Besides, if this happens, there's going to be websites that compare all of the health insurance plans nationwide. What's to keep ones charging the least from colluding and raising rates? BTW, I doubt internal BCBS talks on prices is considered collusion since they are internal to BCBS
I recently had to get a power of attorney for my mother. Does it need to be filed with the court system?
How do I appoint my dad as power of attorney so that he can look after & maybe sell my flat while I am abroad?
