• Gene is the managing partner of Anderson, Roberts, Porth & Wallace, P.L.C. He was born in Fairfield, Iowa in 1944. He received his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Iowa, College of Business Administration in 1966. Gene attended law school at the University of Iowa, College of Law, where he received his J.D. degree in 1968. While attending the University of Iowa, he was president of Phi Alpha Delta Law fraternity and Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. After completing law school, he enlisted in the United States Army, where he served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corp. from 1969-1972. During this time period, he enrolled at George Washington University in Washington D.C. and received his LLM in taxation in 1972. Gene was admitted into the Iowa Bar Association in 1968, the Oklahoma District Court in 1969, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1972. ON my birth certificate my name is spelled wrong. Its just two letters that are incorrect but obviously makes a difference. I found out about this when i went to apply for a job, that the way ive spelled my name my whole life in school is not like in my birth certificate or social. Therefore, i want to go and change it to the way i spell it but i dont know where to go?. any suggestions? I live in Santa Ana CA and i was thinking of maybe going to City hall... what you think.

I'm not a big fan of altered spellings. Like, at all. Particularly if the spell-change results in phonetic inaccuracy.

You have to give a minimum of 2 month's notice. 3 months satisifies this requirement and has the added benefit of giving your tenants extra time to find somewhere else.. . There is a specific form the notice should be in. You should have received a template from whoever supplied you with the contract in the first place.

i was struggling for the longest time, But i simply auditioned for a role alongside a welly well known actor,(one of my favorites too!) I had never done that before. I was soo nervous. A few days later i got the call back. and eventually got the part. The first day i showed up on set i had 100's of letters from fans i couldent believe it. i acually read all of those letters ! It all it me real fast though, everything. I never cared much for school though i always wanted to leave and become a "famous actress, acadamy award winning" I havent won any acadamies yet but, i guess all in good time =] Sorry i dont think i could mention any names.
