Power of Attorney is a legal document that a person (your NAN) would execute to identify who would be in charge of their affairs if and when they lose the ability to take care of their affairs themselves. This document has to be completed when the person has enough mental capacity to be able to understand what they are doing, be able to consistently (over time) be able to identify who they are assigning the POA and why. Declining memory does not necessarily mean they cannot make this decision, but at some point, memory impairment will prevent them from doing so (usually when they can no longer remember who they want to be POA and/or why). Below is a link for a POA form that is free to print. You need to have it filled out, signed, witnessed and notarized, but there's really no more cost than that in getting this document completed.. . If your NAN no longer has the capacity to assign a POA, then guardianship of her person and estate is necessary. This is a much more involved process and expensive. The person interested in becoming the guardian must get an attorney and file a petition with a local court for guardianship. This will cost around $2-4 thousand dollars. The guardian then must report back to the court on a regular basis about what the guardian has done (money spent, care provided etc.). . I hope you can obtain a POA rather than have to go throguh a guardianship procedure.. . good luck.. . aj

The cover letter is your chance to say why you want the job, and why you are the best candidate. Tailoring the cover letter to each job you apply for is important because it shows interest and that you know something about the company and its mission. Do some research and include something the company stands for and why you are interested in working there. For example, the mission of NASA to explore the far reaches of the galaxy is a scientific goal which has always excited my interest in space travel. My unique qualifications as a test pilot and deep sea diver has prepared me to be an astronaut.. You could include the schools you attended course you took and experience you have that may apply to the job. If this is your first job then include hobbies, volunteer work, or other work experience even if you did not get paid for it. Any thing that demonstrates responsibility, and a good work ethic is good. Then close with a paragraph of what you can contribute to the company. This may include skills, work ethics, and loyalty. Best of luck The PracticaL Mentor

It would be better not to use a template. You want the candidates to stand out as individuals. I would make sure to include how long you've known them and in what capacity.. . That being said, here are some helpful websites.

plz help me, i dont know exactly how and i desparately need a job. i would appreciate a sample also. thanks.

When negotiating a ghost writer contract and fees, the first step is to identify the type and length of the work to be written. Services that provide ghost writers will charge a significantly higher fee than an individual ghost writer. Freelancers who make a living as a ghost writer must be careful to not sell themselves short nor price their work too high.. . A ghost writer may spend anywhere from several months to a year working on researching and writing a novel or nonfiction work. A standard contract should take into account time spent researching as well as actual time spent writing. Most ghost writers are paid for the actual work and will receive no residuals or royalties.. . Standard book length is 75,000 to 100,000 words. This averages to about 200 to 300 pages. The average ghost writer will charge $18 to $25 per page ghostwritten unless a lower fee is negotiated. Writers should be aware that self publishing houses will often charge their clients significantly more than they will pay you. One such example, the Empty Canoe Publishing House, paid ghost writers $3 to $5 per page while charging their clients $15 to $25 per page. In some cases, the writers never received their full remuneration and authors who paid for the ghost writing service never received their manuscripts.. . All contracts negotiated for a ghost writing service should contain an out clause for the client and the writer. The out clause should stipulate that a writer?s fees will be paid up to all the work currently completed if the client decides to stop the ghost writing for any reason. This protects the writer from completing three-quarters of a manuscript only to be told the author has changed their mind.. . The out clause for the writer should include ceasing and holding all work completed if they have not been paid per the stipulated contract. For example, if a contract states that a 10 chapter book will be paid per chapter submitted, the writer may withhold further submission and maintain their own rights to what is written if they are not receiving payment on schedule.. . A ghost writer only has a right to what is stipulated in the contract. For example, when contracted to ghost write a fiction novel, there will often be stipulations that all of the ?ideas? are the ?owned? by the client. This may include, but is not limited to, the outline, the characters and the settings. It is important to go over this portion of the fine print, because a work that is ghostwritten based solely on the premise of another?s outline, characters and story outcome may not be publishable by the ghost writer in any other forum even if they are not paid due to intellectual property laws.. . Non-Disclosure. While celebrity ghost writers may get some credit for their work with an appellation of ?with? or ?as told to,? most ghost writers are unacknowledged contributors to the work. In those cases, the client or publisher will require a non-disclosure agreement. In the non-disclosure, the writer must agree to never take credit for their work or revealing their participation in the project. These non-disclosure agreements are often binding and may result in potential lawsuits, loss of credibility and income.

So who here is honestly for it and who are those who oppose it?
