You firstly need to write to the company involved complaining - templates are in the links given by other answers here. The company is then allowed up to 8 weeks to respond. If you are unhappy with the response, or do not receive a response in that 8 weeks period, you can take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service who will make an impartial judgement on the complaint (although they decide in favour of the consumer in approx. 90% of cases). Sadly due to the sheer volume of these it could take a very long time to be resolved through FOS.. . Ed Fox does make some fair points actually, namely that many people are coerced into complaining by so called "claims management companies" when in fact the PPI policy was entirely suitable and they have in fact claimed on it!? A clear case of band wagon jumping and the reason why the rate at FOS is only 90% instead of 100%. However an awful lot of people were mis-sold this product and can get their money back. In your fella's case it could be suggested that at the point of sale the policy was suitable but as his Dad lost his job it then meant he could not claim - could be a problem and will very much depend on whether your fella signed anything to say he read terms and conditions that stated this to be the case and agreed to them (advisors could never be expected to bring every single potential situation up at point of sale but the terms and conditions must say it).

Hi I need a formal letter to writing the purpose of stay in country...as i m visiting my one friend in Germany...please help me...!!!.

If you only have one day in Chicago, the best scenery is along Lake Michigan at Grant Park. The Museum Campus is there, where the Art Institute, the Shedd Aquarium, The Field Museum and the Adler Planetarium all share space. It's a Beaux Arts wonderland. Millennium Park, a new space with sculpture, gardens and the Gehry bandshell is also worth a visit. Each museum needs at least half a day's time, but you could easily see one museum and walk through Millennuim Park.. . If you're just looking for natural beauty, then the Chicago Botanic Garden and Morton Arboretum in the northern suburbs are the must-see destinations of choice.. . If you want to get away from nature for the day, you can go shopping on State Street or Michigan Avenue. Macy's has just opened up their Chicago Designers Gallery on State Street, featuring 47 local designers have their creations for sale. There's lots of great discount stores like H&M, Filene's Basement and Nordstrom Rack on State Street, too.. . Michigan Avenue is loaded with malls and boutiques for high-end power shopping. The North Bridge Mall contains two of Chicago's best gourmet chocolatiers: Vosges and Ethel's Chocolate Lounge. I highly recommend both.. . A very scenic but expensive place to eat in Chicago is the north Pond Cafe. It's right in the heart of Lincoln Park, and the food is fantastic. A less expensive option is Volare (201 E Grand Ave), a great Italian restaurant just off Michigan Avenue.. . Niagara Falls on the Canadian side is lovely, and Niagara-on-the-Lake is a quaint little town very nearby with great shops, restaurants and wineries. Definitely stop at a tasting room and sample some of the regions famous icewines or take a tour. Jackson-Trigg and Reif Estates are among my personal favorites. Several wineries have cafes on site. It's harvest season, so there are probably tons of events going on at several of the wineries in the next couple of weeks.. . If you like theatre and have the time to spare, the Shaw Festival is always worth a stop, and it's right in downtown Niagara-on-the -Lake. Tickets aren't cheap, and are sometimes hard to come by for popular shows, especially on weekends.. . In New York, the Finger Lakes region is absolutely gorgeous -- a slight detour east of Buffalo, but one of the nation's best wine-growing regions.. . Have a wonderful trip!

You don't need to be a US citizen to obtain a realtor license in Michigan. You must take certain courses, pass government exams, etc. but there is not citizenship requirement.. . However.... . You can not work in the United States unless you are a citizen or have a valid US green card. Having a Michigan realty license is pointless since you can not work. Visitors are not permitted to attend school (including realty classes), work, or look for work. You are also limited in staying a maximum of 180 days without a visa.. . You are to have to get married and have your husband sponsor you for a green card before you can work. Your fianc?e may also sponsor you for a fianc?e visa which gives you three months in the US to get married and file your green card application. If you are caught attempting to work in the US without a green card, you will likely be deported and banned form the US for several years.

So if I were you, I would keep the letter basically the same except for adjusting the part about enclosing all of the certificates. I would try and get a supervisor to write a letter of recommendation for me, and enclose that with my letter of introduction. Also, enclose a resume of your work experience with kids, even if it is listing your volunteer hours, duties, and where you completed the hours.
