Draft Your Trust Agreement - Work with your attorney to draft a document that achieves your estate-planning objectives and reflects your personal intentions. File a copy with your trustee and successor trustee. A typical revocable trust agreement would cover, among others, the following points.

. it should in a few sentences, each, take the most important points in the ad and answer them directly with specific instances from your resume

Some home made boxes will sound good, others not so good. Look at the box he wants to sell you and see how it's made. To determine the internal volume, multiply the internal dimensions, L-W-H, and divide by 1728 to get CuFt. Or, for odd shaped enclosures, you can use a cardboard box that is 1'X1'X1' (that's exactly 1 CuFt). Fill the cardboard box with packing peanuts and pour them into the enclosure. Repeat and extrapolate as necessary.. . The important things in box construction are the internal volume, building material, and quality of construction. Volume should be self-explanatory. Most reputable subwoofer manufacturers list the various minimum/optimum/maximum volume for both sealed and ported or vented enclosures for their drivers. A properly constructed home made box with the appropriate internal volume will sound better than a commercial box that is too small.. . For any 12" or larger subwoofer (and many 10's), the minimum thickness of material is probably about 3/4". Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is probably the most used construction material. High quality plywood like Baltic Birch has been used in home built boxes with good results. Trupan or Trupan Ultra Lite is the best MDF for constructing sub boxes. Cheap "particle board" or construction grade plywood is no good at all. The pressure inside will quickly break down the glue/fiber bond on such products.. . For larger exclosures, the baffle (front side) may need to be 1" or even 1-1/2". You'll see a lot of cheap commercial boxes made from 5/8" MDF. Put a 12" sub in such a box and the box flexes too much. Sealed enclosures should be totally airtight, completely sealed around all seams and the terminal cup, and with a good gasket around the driver itself. Likewise ported enclosures. The only place that air should be able to get in/out is through the port opening. Large surfaces should have enough braces added to minimize flexing.

If you had an attorney write up the power of attorney paperwork for you, then you need to go back to that attorney and have him file something with the court and write you a letter indicating that you have revoked the previous power of attorney. You can then send certified copies to every one that has been involved in this issue. Work fast to minimize your losses.
