lawyer Rand, Lindsay P. Reviews

My marketing plan I call geographical farming. I found that if I worked one area in my city, learned that area, put out flyer's and other information in that area where people in the area will know me. I found an area where I had about 5000 houses to service and become the dominate player in that area. Your title rep can get you a list of the individuals that live in the area that you select to work in.. . I set up first time home buyers programs in the area I selected to work. I put out posters and flier's in the commercial shops in the area I selected to work, like the 7/11, grocery stores, and other shops in my area. I arranged loan seminars in the area for refinance, even though I did not directly benefit, I did indirectly because I introduced the speaker and the seminar was sponsored by me, so I passed out my business cards each time I set one or more seminars up. I do about 1 seminar evey quarter..

I shop/eat/buy from small businesses because I don't believe in big businesses anymore. And from talking to small business owners, they have made negative comments about how Obama's plan will force them to raise their prices to cover extra expenses caused by this plan and/or how it will most likely put them out of business.. . Thanks in advance to those whom answer.

What needs to be submitted with a business plan for a small business loan?

can you give me some legitimate online survey sites that pay money, not ones where you have to pay them cause I know those are scams..

can a person who does not have an actual business, but wants to clean other peoples houses and cant afford to be bonded or insured at first, have a legal contract stating what would happen and how it would be taken care of if something were to be damaged by the cleaner and anything along those lines... and all the terms of the contract are agreed on by the client and both the cleaner and client sign... is the contract legally as equal to what being insured would be.. for example.. a contract stating damages that occur at the cleaners expense, will not be paid in full up front, but as long as there is proof of value for what is damaged.. the debt would be repaid by set payment amounts per week/month untill debt is repaid.... meaning the cleaner is signing a legal document binding them selves to pay any debts that may occur, out of there own pocket over a certain amount of time. if the client agrees to the terms of that and signs, is that equally as legal as what having insurance is.
