Hi guys, bit of a double dilemma here. . When we put our house up for sale we paid estate agents the fees for doing the floor plans, EPC, pics and premium listing. Literally the next day we had a viewing and an offer on the house which we accepted. At this stage none of the above was provided (no floor plans, no pics, no EPC). Still not done - 1 month later. . I just kept putting it off due to the offer being accepted and the buyer did ask not to advertise it which we honored. . Now our circumstances have changed and we no longer want to sell the house. Apart from moral side of things, is there a chance i can get the refund from estate agents for service not provided?. And am I correct to assume that we can still pull out of the sale, since it hasnt gone past verbal acception of the offer?. . hope you can help. thank you.

The fee paid to the surrogate mother can vary. The average rate however is a flat fee of $18,000. Some woman will do it for less and some experienced surrogate mothers will ask for more. This does not include any medical bills or food and vitamins.
