These things I've said are as true as I can be from being in Courts, Companies, schools and with helping people with medical bills ove the years. I NEVER charged to be their "Next Friend of Court" and I NEVER took any papers from them that could or would give me full power over all that they owned! When people asked me to have "Power of Attorney" over them while they were in a hospital to die .... I only had Tempory Custody with Power of Attorney which would automatically cancel on a date certain! I never needed to worry about being there for them or being an Attorney, BECAUSE MOST ALL HOSPITALS in the USA now have Attorney's on hand to come with the papers to ensure they didn't sign away anything .... my rights were limited to making sure their wishes were carried out.. . Google your States Bar of attorneys to get a lawyer to answer a few questions. If you live in New Jersey .... put in New Jersey State Bar or State Bar of New Jersey. Also use the phone book and call one attorney after another ... most times you can get up to 3 questions answered. Visit the nearest Law library....ask for help to the correct law books there. . . Good Luck, and remember .... anyone who wants things signed quickly .... wants it done NOW for all the wrong reasons!

A few examples:. Columbia Broadcasting System is officially just "CBS". The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation is officially just "HSBC". International Netherlands Group is officially "ING Group". American Association of Retired Persons is officially "AARP". The list goes on.... . Now, I can certainly understand using the initial's for most marketing purposes, since some names could be difficult for people to remember. But what's the point of completely abandoning the full name of the company and only ever using the initials? It stops being initials and just becomes q meaningless sequence of numbers as people forget what they originally stood for. Particularly in the case of banks and broadcasters, which are among the worst offenders, it seems like it would take away from their credibility.. I don't mind seeing "ING Direct" on my bank card, but it would be comforting to see "International Netherlands Group Bank" on official documents. Sure for most purposes CNBC is a fine name for a TV channel, but once in a while it would be nice if they reminded viewers of their full (former) name, "Consumer News and Business Channel" in order to lend some credibility to their reporting.. . So can anyone suggest why companies choose to do this? Not only to use their initials in practice, but to actually change their company's name, abandoning the original meaning of the initials?.

Need to make brochure but i dont have Publisher?

If you really want to be sure about being able to make medical decisions, etc., you can go to an attorney and have them draw up a Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare. You can also have them draw up a Durable General Power of Attorney. While you're at it, make a will or a trust package and also a Living Will. A lot of times, Trust and Estate Planning attorneys will make a package deal of all these documents. If you want to change them later, you can.. . I don't even understand all the fuss, since the above means are legal for achieving the intended purposes of gaining access to marital benefits. That's the argument I keep hearing in favor of gay marriage. If those goals can be achieved through already existing means, why stir up so much conflict? Just do it this way and live in peace with others in society.. . So, adopt each other, get a trust package, have a reception and vacation if you want. Problems solved.. . That's my 2 cents, but I'm sure there are plenty of people who would disagree.

HIPAA Rules and your Agent (attorney-in-fact):. The person designated the attorney-in-fact shall thereupon be the principal's personal representative as that term is used in the HIPAA rules with the ability to access immediately the principal's medical records, physicians, other medical personnel and to discuss the principal's health situation for the limited purpose of determining whether the principal is disabled or incapacitated to the extent that the general provisions of the power of attorney become effective.

So going by that could this 'evidence' be in a form of a certificate produced by yourself?. ANF - you can't have a new birth certificate in any case
