Sos! how to write my resume?

My daughter's birth was registered in England and I'm now in Scotland. Shes 11 months and I want her middle names removed. Is it possible to do this? Would I have to ring the registry office that she was orginally registered at?. . Thanks. On the back of the birth certificate it says I can change her first name within 12 months.

Limited power of Attorney?

How to: I read somewhere that you can change it online, but I don't think it's possible. I read online that you have to go down to a local courthouse and change it in front of judge or something. There are also rules that you can't change it to something that isn't a real name, like Dumb and Kiss my Butt. (Read that people tried to change their names to those...haha). . Sorry about all the writing, just trying to help! It took me FOREVER to write this, sweetie, PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ IT!!
