How do I write a contract for this?

Cover letters are a sort of marketing, and since they were kind enough to tell you exactly the type of experience they wanted, you can write your cover letter to match.. . The opposite may not be true. If the ad says, "good if you speak Chinese" then you might want to either ignore that line and not respond to it. You certainly don't want to negate their request by saying anything negative about speaking Chinese. You might be able to offer an alternative.. "I am learning about how to read Chinese characters," or something like that. As it wasn't a requirement, but just a "nice to have" they might go for the idea that you are open to learn.

A great option would be to prepare a postcard or letter in form--which asks for specific comments, how was the service? was your problem resolved? etc, whatever is pertinent. More likely than not the client will leave a note of appreciation in a comments section. It will also give you indicators on how to improve your own performance.

    Service Station Safety Checklist?

sadly, you're going to have to. You need to get it firmly stated that any further issues with regard to this matter will result in the child no longer being eligible for your care, and that appropriate legal steps will then be taken to recoup the owed moneys.. . You really need to make sure this gets done

Expression web is a good one. Thats what I use. I design everything in Fireworks CS5. With fireworks you can export the code and then import it into expression web.
