• Ebonee Rhodes Norris is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana. She is a cum laude graduate of Caddo Parish Magnet High School, and obtained a Bachelors in Criminal Justice from Louisiana State University in Shreveport. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she worked as a legal assistant for a local consumer bankruptcy law firm.

  Thereafter, Ebonee attended Southern University Law Center, where she graduated in the top 20% of her class. She was the recipient of the CALI award for the highest grade in Administrative Law. Additionally, while in law school, Ebonee worked as a student attorney in the Mediation Clinic, where she provided representation to indigent clients who could not afford representation for their civil law problems.
