How do I start a business in Pa?

Better answer, no. The way networks are set up they don't really incorporate monitoring. I would seriously not be worried UNLESS you just don't trust him/her. . The way the question was asked the way it was so we don't need to go into great detail, I'll just kept everything short.. . If you need more "in dept" info, feel free to email.. . ViperOne999@yahoo

In 1930, gandhi marched to the sea and made salt. in 1947, the proud people of india won their independence from their imperialist oppressors half a world away. in 17 short years, gandhi "led" the people of india to freedom from a country 1/15 its size with 1/7 the population. 17 short years, preceded by centuries of rule by outsiders. what a proud and glorious time, to "win" freedom from a broken country that was on the verge of being wiped off the map, that was in shambles from the ravages of WWII. the actions of gandhi had a profound impact on india, delaying freedom by years, reinforcing the indian subservient mentality.. . if gandhi were alive today, im sure he would fix the problem by the mighty weapon of "fasting" to teach the pharma companies a stern lesson. "if you dont stop what you are doing, i wont eat". . if gandhi were alive today, if india did rid itself of the shackles of abuse and oppression, he would refuse to deal with the aftermath of the problem and allow india to be split into many pieces, resulting in more than a million deaths and the displacement of many million people and the eventual creation of rival nations armed with nuclear weapons, constantly at war, he could add to his legacy greatly.. . the way to prosperity and the ability of a nation to take care of itself comes from moving forward and making progress, not moving backwards and spinning your own thread. india is moving forward in some sectors today because of education and progress into the 20th and 21st century. the problem of clinical trials will end when the value of an indian life is more than the price that a pharma company is willing to pay to acquire such information. today, the value of an indian life is lower because of the misguided backward thinking of people like gandhi. it is lower because of overpopulation that comes from arbitrary use of vaccines and inoculations without thinking about the social change that needs to be coupled with it. mostly, it is lower because of centuries of "training" by oppressors to be inferior. it is time to cleanse india and indians of the poison that is this backwards thinking, instead of the artificial cleansing of clinical trials. when the indian nation and people are able to evolve backwards, ironically, to a time when they were proud and forward to a time when they are smart enough to make the right choices, the value of an indian life will be too high for a pharma company to "buy" it for their trials.. . the rejection of this "new imperialism" comes not from embracing the "fasting" mentality, it comes from the embracing of the "we'll build automobile factories, aircraft carriers, increase our investment in infrastructure, create pharma companies that create drugs instead of just producing fake knockoffs of western drugs, and becoming part of the modern world" mentality. for today, we do not ban clinical trials and cower away from reality, we run as fast as we can and apply our resources to fighting our true oppressor, our own weak minds.

My friend was on trial and I wanted to help him out. The court had placed him under my guardianship because him being disabled from a brain injury. His attorney asked me for some records that would help him defend my friend and get the cased dismissed against him. I turned over the records to the attorney, however the attorney made a copy and gave them to the Prosecutor and an IRS Agent. The IRS Agent did have anything to do with my friends case, but took the documents and charged me with several crimes involving paying taxes and other things. . According to the rules of evidence this attorney acted illegally by violating my privacy that should also been afforded me, because I was the guardian of his client. The IRS agent later claimed to have gotten a court order to obtain the records, but it turns out that the records where never officially entered in to the court proceedings against my friend. I feel that if the IRS agent wanted to view the records that I turned over to the attorney in confidence , that the IRS agent needed to get a search warrant or order to even view the records. This IRS agent had nothing to do with my friends case or the charges against him. The IRS agent just happened to be a friend of the Prosecutor, who actually blocked the evidence from being entered in as evidence in my friends trial claiming that the records were irrelevant, even though a witness for the state had already testified as having knowledge of the records. Now I am facing 5 different felony charges because this nosy IRS Agent, that the Prosecutor, who I use to date got after me. What can I do about this I recently found out that the Attorney had made a big mistake by sharing the communications that I gave to the attorney. So far my legal bills are over $10,000 dollars and I would not be in trouble at all if this attorney would have conducted themselves ethically, and even the Prosecutor step over the line, by sharing the records, with a third party that really had no reason to be looking at my personal business records. I believe that the attorney, prosecutor and the IRS agent have seriously violated my rights. It has been two years since this happened. Is there a statute of limitations on this kind of thing, or does that start when you discover that something was done wrong against you. Your thoughts would be appreciated . Thank you...... Attorney Client Privilege does extend to a guardian of the client of the attorney according to the rules of evidence. Also please note that this IRS agent excess my personal business records without having my permission or having any court order or search warrant to do so. The IRS agent made a search and seizure and then went and ask for a court order and warrant, which is contrary to proper procedure. The only reason he was summoned to court was to hassle me , because of my ex the Prosecutor wanting to pay me back for dumping her..

Usually an investor will invest as little as possible in investment property and get a loan for the balance. The less invested of your own money, the greater the return on your money when you sell at a higher price.. . Simply take over mortgage payments, NO, you will need a new loan or a Land Sales Contract with owner financing.
