We recently signed an agreement at scs.. At point of ordering we were told 12 moths interest free credit..... We ordered the product in January and received in April.. We have just received a letter telling us first payment due in December... 1. We were lied to in relation to 12 months interest free.. There was no mention that it was from point of order and not delivery. 2. The credit comapny tells us its actually only 11 months from point of order. 3 SCS did not explain that it was 12 months from point of order or even 11 as it turns out. 4 Basically scs misslead us. . Do Scs have to legally and verbally have to take you through a credit agreement rather than just saying sign here... . As most consumers dont actually read the information and take the seller on trust especially if its a big company... . Please help if possible with Consumer credit act advice as i aint letting them get away with this...

if a notary ,notarizes letter that she new was not written by the person it was said to be written by, actually this letter was written by the notary who is also a lawyer. She wrote it for her boyfriend. she notarizes letter. then boyfriend bullies his ex wife into signing this pre notarized letter. notary/lawyer was not present when ex wife signed.. *knew not new. . letter was written by lawyer as if ex wife wrote it her self. boyfriends lawyer girlfriend is not his lawyer. also be interested in knowing what happens to lawyer who does such thing.

Health care is a limited resource, someone will need to control how much is used.. . With universal health care, the government controls the amount of care given based on the amount of burden the tax payer can withstand. Also, people have no cost association with the services they receive. People will have the tendency to use the so called free medical services frivolously, causing more rationing of services.. . Private insurance based care has a cost dissociative pitfall as well. People pay insurance premiums and expect to have unlimited care for every frivolous issue that arises. Health care providers have a tendency to run extra tests because the individual doesn't realize the cost that is being placed on the system. Doctors also use these extra tests to shield themselves from lawsuits. The insurance companies must ration its covered cost in this system or raise rates it charges. When rates increase a potion of the population falls out the bottom and are not able to afford the extra cost.. . In the private payer based system, the health services are rationed by the persons ability to pay. There is no cost dissociation, because everyone knows how much the services they receive costs. In this system people will forgo preventive care to save money in the short run only to cost more latter.. . The only real answer is to make people aware of the cost of the services they receive and give them the safety they need in a catastrophic health crisis. Only this will give people the power to control health care costs and their own lives. Bottom line, people need to feel the consequences of poor choices for any system to work. No pain makes it worse, to much makes an unhealthy society.
