I have an offer letter. The company is still processing the visa. is the offer letter a valid document to present to authorities in case there is checking?. Location :Abu Dhabi, UAE:I am Filipino. I resigned from the previous employer July 15. I have been offered a job on July 17 and submitted the documents on the same day to process the visa. My 30 day stay expired on August 15 (this means I am overstaying and would be paying fines for each day). The new company is saying that they are already waiting for the approval of the visa. Previously, they said to exit the country (Kish or Philippines) and wait for our visa to come out. I suggested that i would just wait for my visa instead of staying in kish for uncertain number of days ( I assume that it would come out any day on that week)Now, it has been 3 weeks overstay and they still don't have any update. Today, the HR said we have 2 options, to stay and pay fines (but there is a risk of being checked by authorities) or exit and come back using visit visa(the problem, i heard that i cannot come back to uae even i already have visit visa(should stay out of the country for 30 days) becau.
