  When I was in elementary school, my best subject was always Math. As I got older, I realized my success in the subject was not only because I was “good at numbers”, but it was also a result of an ability and desire to solve problems. As an attorney at the Robertson Law Firm, I have the pleasure of using this passion for problem solving by helping people through uncertain financial futures and intricate family issues.

  Being a victim of identity theft while a sophomore in college, I have first-hand knowledge of how worrisome and stressful harassing calls from creditors can be. Unfortunately, the recent and ongoing financial crisis has left many people in a similar financial situation, with many facing garnishments, repossessions, and foreclosures. These personal experiences and difficult financial times led me to knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code to help give a fresh start to people facing garnishments, repossessions, foreclosures, and rising credit card debt.

  In addition to practicing Bankruptcy Law, I also help guide people through intricate and unpredictable nature of the modern-day family. I am a firm believer that family is the link that holds our society together, and that each person has a fundamental right to maintain and grown their family relationships. At the Robertson Law Firm, I devote my time to ensuring that the legal system hears and understands the often unfair and unfortunate dilemmas people face in this ever-changing society.

What is adversary system of justice in easy to understand terms?? I don't understand this definition..?

I am originally from Texas and was stationed in Georgia about a year ago. It is time for me to register my car but I may have a suspended license in Texas. How would this effect me getting a license in Georgia or effect me getting my car registered in Texas?. It was suspended due to not paying a yearly charge 3+ years ago I got pulled over for no insurance and now I am force to have a SR22 on my insurance. Those payments were supposed to be paid for three years I stopped paying after I stopped driving (I was deployed/I am deployed).

Does anyone have or know of a demand letter that I can use as an example to write one that relates to the following scenario? I have researched the web and cannot find one that suits this situation. I know we can pay to have one done but we really don't want to put out anymore money on this situation. I am one of four homeowners in a four unit condo complex. One of the homeowners is in a short sale and has refused to put his quarter share into paying his share or our condo insurance. This was a special assessment (our kitty did not have enough funds) and the other three homeowners had to pay his share. His unit is hopefully in its final stages of selling. We notified the escrow company that there was a delinquency on his unit and we have noted the breakdown in the last minute order from the HOA meeting. We have to present a demand letter to the escrow company and I am not sure how to word it. We are not looking for threats to sue or place a lien on the property

Should I pay for a lawyer or go for one of those software trust kits? Also, can you please outline main advantages that trusts have over wills?.

Had a handbook from my undergrad studies, but I lent it to my mom who's 3 hours away. I'm applying for some summer internships and need help with the cover letter. Thanks :).
