Daryl has enjoyed a substantial amount of success in representing property owners against governmental entities. His experience in this area includes representation of the prevailing parties in the cases of Lawson v. State of Washington, 107 Wn.2d 444 (1986), National Wildlife Federation (Beres) v. Daryl's legal work for a number of years has primarily been limited to the representation of property owners in eminent domain matters. In the course of such work he has represented hundreds of owners in cases involving numerous jurisdictions including the State of Washington, counties, ports, cities, Sound Transit, the Seattle Popular (or perhaps not so popular) Monorail Authority, railroads, school districts, utility districts, and fire districts. He has spoken on condemnation issues on several occasions at continuing legal education seminars. Also, at the invitation of representatives of the State legislature and the condemnation task force, he has reviewed and made suggestions regarding proposed condemnation legislation.

Daryl is a life long resident of the Seattle area. He and his wife Janelle were married on the summit of Mt. Rainier, and have four daughters. In his spare time he enjoys running, hiking, biking, swimming, reading early American history, making furniture, and gardening.

Id do anything to get back in, what is the red tape surrounding change of identity? Name SSN etc. Are these procedures of change in any way available to a normal civilian such as myself. Please explain.

like a "Dear so and so..." and people write letters in the entire book?. . not a kids book...I'm looking for an adult one lol just wondering haha :D. I like mystery but I don't mind something romantic either.

Here?s my story.. . About a month or two ago I told my friend about some ideas on where me or both of us could take our careers in a different direction. I explained to him what I wanted to try and get into and he brought up realty.. . Now knowing how the market and the economy is now, I told him it might not be a good idea. But after a few discussions with him I was kinda hooked.. . As of right now me and him should be taking the class together in Mid-January.. . He has a friend already that has made it well in the real estate business that owns his own brokerage and is willing to let us hang our licenses up under his name and give us some leads.. . As of right now we both work 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday. I?ve read on a couple sites that treating realty as a second job at the beginning is a real good thing to keep you afloat in the early stages.. . What I would like to know is:. . What type of salary should I expect the first year? I?m hoping to make at least 30k the first year. Combined with my other job, I should be good, living wise.. . In this upcoming year, are most the sales going to be coming from foreclosures?

Ok so my sons father and I have a designated meeting spot (that we agreed on) where pick up and drop off are supposed to happen. This past year my sons father came around for a total of a month. According to the police officer I deal with I can send a certified letter stating we are returning back to the court order where he comes to my house to get my son and I go to his to pick up my son. (I call each time after his grace time when he doesn't show up to get a report bc the court agreed with his lawyer (I don't have one) that its he said she said when I say he didn't show) so I need a sample of what to send in a certified letter to his father stating that the designated meeting spot is terminated (bc frankly I can't keep affording the gas to drive 35 min just to turn back around for no reason). Please help??!!.

I am curious though why your daughter doesn't live with you? I'm not sure which town you would do this in since she doesn't live with you. You'll have to look further into that but I would think it would be done in the town your daugther lives in.

my father has land in asia under his name and recently passed away, in order to transfer ownership to my mother, does anyone know what forms I would need to do this? other than bringing proof that he is my father, land deed and new person's ID..
