• A Kansas native, Roberta Vath moved to Louisiana to pursue a college education.? Roberta holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of New Orleans, and in 2012 graduated cum laude from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center.? During her time at LSU, Roberta excelled academically, making the Chancellor’s list five of her six semesters.? She has received two CALI awards for academic excellence in coursework: one for her work in Decedent’s Estates, and one for her authorship of an article on adult adoption for Family Law Seminar.

  Roberta spent a semester as an intern at the 19th JDC District Attorney’s Office, where she refined her legal research skills and learned courtroom procedure.? The following semester, she interned at the 19th JDC Public Defender’s Office, where she drafted court filings and studied criminal procedure.? Subsequent to her year of internships, Roberta was engaged as a law clerk with Damico and Stockstill.? During her tenure as a clerk, Roberta drafted multiple appeals and applications for post-conviction relief, as well as preparing for entering the courtroom.

I got married, and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change my last name??? I ended up ordering Marriage Certificate, is that what I was supposed to do? No information on the internet. If you could, please post a link to the complete step-by-step instructions how to change my name. Thank you!. OK, here is an update. I called OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR GENERAL , . General Inquiry: 416-325-8305 - Toronto , was on hold for less than 10 minutes (you have to press "0" right away, as you will get lost with the automatic "assistance", and they don't give you an option "press "0" for an agent". They told me that I would have to bring my Marriage Certificate (which I already applied for, but it will not activate until after 8 weeks of my wedding), and then take it to all Ministries (Health, Driver License, etc.) and change the name. If I want my immigration papers stay on my maiden name, I would only have to "assume" my spouse's name. Otherwise I can have "legal name change", and it would look like I immigrated with my spouse's name.

I am a young professional who can afford to spend in 195-215 range. I am not interested in anything outside city limits, as I have no plans to purchase a car. I have been looking at co-ops and know there are some drawbacks to purchasing/re-selling a co-op. After speaking with my lender, it sounds like co-ops move along fine in the Seattle market. Should I really be concerned about a low appreciation rate? Any advice?.
