• DAVID C. FORRESTER is a native of New Orleans. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia in 1971 and his Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University School of Law in 1977. After college, Mr. Forrester worked on the Impeachment Inquiry Staff, U. S. House of Representatives, in connection with the Watergate scandal involving the Nixon Administration. A specialist in insurance fraud and arson, Mr. Forrester has won numerous arson cases at trial and has served on the Governor’s Insurance Anti-Fraud Advisory Board. He is a frequent lecturer on insurance fraud and arson, and has delivered numerous lectures for continuing legal education courses regarding insurance law and insurance fraud. A former prosecutor for the Louisiana District Attorney General’s Office, Mr. Forrester has drafted several statutes in Louisiana regarding Medicaid fraud and cruelty to the infirm.

I need to provide a business proposal for some people so that they can provide me with the capital necessary to start the business. The thing is I want a totally free, simple business proposal template...not a business plan...that I can work with..

What is the process in legal name changing?

Most of my correspondence uses email. Letters are used for formal correspondence, including decisions and directives to contractors, notices and awards to employees, and some replies to clients and up my chain of command. Letters are usually attached to email.. . Format for letters is dictated by a style guide. All of my business email starts with a salutation, is written with a neutral tone, closes with a thank you or sincerely, and ends with a signature block with my contact information per our business rules.. . Most of my writing is technical, having to do with developing projects and contracts for planning, design and construction of facilities and infrastructure. I also write briefings and other documents describing our projects for non-technical persons or persons in other technical fields.. . Much of my day is spent writing or discussing projects with my staff.. . College prepared me for writing and for being able to learn how to write for contracts, specifications, and legal documents.. . My advice is to know the audience you are writing for in order to successfully make your case, sell your project, avoid blowing a small matter into a big one. Try to sound intelligent, and write concisely without negative tone, such as anger, rudeness, and sarcasm.

I am leaving this house very soon and it's not because of you that I'm leaving this house. As a Attorney, how many years of law school would you have to complete and have anyone heard of a Malpractice Attorney ??? What is their Career ???.

What does your contract say? There is almost certainly a provision to change your role, hours etc.. . If you are complain, you may find the response is along the lines of 'resign if you don't like it'. A reasoned discussion may be more fruitful, so why not ask for a meeting to discuss the problems you are having (which is actually what this is about).
