I live in Virginia and I am very satisfied

What exactly should i write on my resignation letter?

    Complimentary Close. . Respectfully yours,

try your family and friends or google critique groups.. . for writing you need to work like a complex fluid machine. you need to watch how much you use a word, use words and plots for people in your directed age group, be careful about wording things awkwardly, use different words that meant the same thing if you can, but dont use big words for a children's book. most importantly READ READ READ! it helps you learn different styles and techniques.. . for publishing, it's hard but you can go 3 ways. 1. self publish. you call a print onf demand (subsity) publisher. they except everyone and print your book for you, but you have to pay them anywhere between $5000 and $25000 depending on book size and quantity. then you have to do all the marketing yourself. these books rarely go anywhere.. . 2. this one is basically like the first only the subsity (hope im spelling that right) publisher will sell the book for you. again it rarely goes anywhere and WATCH OUT FOR SCAMS! alot of people out there in this group scam you for your book rights and rake in the cash without paying you. do immense research if you are going to go this route.. . 3. probably the best option is traditional publishing, but it is also the hardest to get in to. first off, you need an agent. they only get paid if you get paid so don't worry. if the agent asks for money to read your book or anything before your book is sold then they are scamming you and dont buy into them. after you find an agent by writing a query letter they do all the work, they'll call different publishers (the big well known ones) and try to get your book out to them. after it is put on shelves they get paid usually 15% of what you make. they also will handle things like movies, mechandise, book tours etc. to get an agent you need to find one that works with your type of book. get the 2010 writer's guide with a list of agents, pick some, and then research them to see if they are what you are looking for and how you can contact them. also research how to write a query letter because it needs to be very specific or you'll get rejected. write to a dozen or more agents because you are more than certainly going to get rejections before an acceptance. dont let it get you down and keep trying. one is bound to say yes after some hard work. also be patient with them. they get hundreds of books thrown on their desks every day. that's why they throw away any that aren't double spaced or whatever they specifically ask without reading them.
