i'm trying to come up with a resume for babysitting. i need help for what to put on it so that i can sound sophisticated and responsible :].

I was born with the surname jones, thats the name that appears on my birth certificate. But around the age 11 my mum contacted a British solicitor asking to change it to her surname (wilson) as my father played no active role in my life (so why have his name). The solicitor gave us 3 letters to hand out to people saying i should now be called Wilson, not Jones. Now though i'm in my 30's and while all my paperwork is in the name Wilson i wonder if its actually official. My mother kept none of the letters stating the name change and my bank account is only in my name Wilson as a lady at the bank was kind enough to trust me, that bank account was enough to prove to other people i was in fact Wilson. I'm planning on getting married soon and getting a passport, but what is my actual surname, i have no proof of the name change, so wonder am i still Jones or am i officially wilson (and what can i send to the passport company to prove this). . If i am still Jones how do i go about changing it officially, without it costing a fortune.. Thanks in advance.

as a temporary worker on H1b Visa, what do I need to bring to Social Security Office ?

google cover letter and they will bring up links that have examples...that will be way easier than any of us trying to explain what to do

i wanna change my yahoo name....my yahoo name iz amangillani bht i want to change my name.

I'm from Halifax, Nova Scotia and I have an interest in Web Design/Development. I know some HTML and I understand CSS and a couple other things but I can't write it on my own. I am considering doing this post-secondary but I'm not sure where to start. The program I was considering is the Computer Programming program at Humber in Toronto because it seems to have a little of everything. Also, it's a diploma so it's less expensive, and Humber also has a great music program and I'd like to be able to see what that's like if I'd like to take that program in a few years.. . Any web designers have any insights on good schools in Canada (or something reasonable outside of Canada)? What is the industry like to work in?.
