• Mr. Bolet received his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his law degree from Emory School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Bolet accepted a clerkship with the Honorable Isaac Jenrette, then Chief Judge of the Fulton County Superior Court. During his clerkship, Mr. Bolet assisted Judge Jenrette in the founding of the Fulton County Superior Court, Drug Court. In 1996, Mr. Bolet commenced the practice of law as an associate in the firm of Lackland & Heyward. Mr. Bolet's practice focused on commercial litigation, construction law and employment law. In 1998, Mr. Bolet joined the firm of Blumer International where he practiced commercial litigation, construction law, administrative/licensing law and employment law matters. In 1999, Mr. Bolet co-founded the law firm of Goico & Bolet. Mr. Bolet's practice focuses on commercial litigation, employment law, administrative/licensing law, landlord/tenant law and criminal law. Mr. Bolet has served as an Assistant Solicitor for the City's of Sandy Springs and Johns Creek.

  Mr. Bolet was admitted to practice before the State Bar of Georgia in 1991. He has been admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, Mr. Bolet is admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia and the Western District of Wisconsin.

Founding Board Member of the Hispanic Contractor's Association of Georgia; Co-Founder and Past President, Vice President and Trustee of the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association; Past Member of the Board of Directors and the Parliamentarian of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; Mr. Bolet received the John H. Calhoun, Jr. Community Service Award from the Fulton Atlanta Community Action Authority. Mr. Bolet was the 2001 Recipient of the Chief Justice Benham Community Service Award from the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Bolet has served on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Transplant Foundation and on the Alumni Board of St. Pius X Catholic Highschool. Mr. Bolet has been appointed by the Supreme Court of Georgia to serve on its Equality Commission and to Chair the Judicial Administrative District 4 Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee. Mr. Bolet was the past President of the Greater Lilburn Athletic Association, Gwinnett County Lilburn Lions Club Park. Mr. Bolet has served on the following State Bar of Georgia Committees: past Co-chair of the Diversity Program, the Woman and Minorities Committee, and the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee. Mr. Bolet was the chair of Younger Lawyers Section: Minorities in the Profession Committee from 1993-1996. This Committee was recognized by the American Bar Association with its award of achievement for its outstanding activities during 1994-1995 bar year. Mr. Bolet has been invited as a guest panelist to the 1999 and 2001 America Bar Association annual meetings.
