custodial power of attorney?

My husband is in Afghanistan in an area where there is no where to talk to JAG or anything and he also doesnt have internet access. He is able to call me a couple times throughout the day when the phones are working though. My question is is there anyway possible to get a power of attorney while he is deployed in an area like that? We didnt get a POA made up before he left because like idoits we didnt think we would need one lol and now since im expecting baby #2 we have decided to apply for onpost housing for a 3 bedroom instead of the 2 bedroom we are in offpost and I need the POA for housing. Thanks in advance!!. Thats what I figured. It is possible to mail him the documents? If not its not a huge deal we will just have to wait until he is on R&R. I know I have to pay for the move and I have already talked to housing about the qualifications for a 3 bedroom and yes I know that you have to pay for internet etc and now on some posts you have to pay for your electricity overage as well and we still have our washer and dryer from our last house we had on post before we pcs'ed here. Also the housing application is online and I need a POA to get a copy of my husbands deers paperwork, to sign the lease in his name, and to start an allotment on his mypay for the house.. Gezz dont get so negative I was just curious. Im not a complete idiot I was in the Army myself and this is the second deployment for my husband. Im sure he would ask his PSG if he was in the same location as him. As of now and most of the deployment he is just with his squad. Yes I suppose he can talk to him squad leader about it or I can contact rear D and see if there is anything they can do. But I wanted to see if there was any other possible way that anyone has used in their experiences as in mailing the documents. Why not set your sites high, stretch yourself a little bit. Fill in the blank with "executive assistant" or some other job title slightly above grade from what you've been doing, describing what you know you can do. Then, change your target from "office assistant" to "office manager.". . Don't be an assistant
