• Lindsie McBratney was born in Riverside, California. At an early age, she knew she wanted to be an attorney. After graduating cum laude from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, she contemplated whether she should pursue her dream of going to law school and becoming an attorney. Through a mutual friend, Lindsie was introduced to Ted Youmans and was able to discuss the area of adoption. It was at that point that Lindsie decided to continue her dream of going to law school, with the specific intention of practicing adoption law. She graduated from Chapman Law School in May 2006 and was admitted to the California bar the following December. Lindsie now loves being a part of building families through adoptions and guardianships.

  Lindsie is married to Alex McBratney. They live in Newport Beach and attend Rock Harbor Church. Together they enjoy going on mission trips with their church, mountain biking, camping, and visiting with family and friends.

Not free but pretty cheap. Go to Staples or Office Max, they have legal forms programs that will print out blank ones for you. I would expect to pay between ten and thirty dollars for one that has all the forms you need.

That is called a barter, not an "investor". An investor expects a return on their money, not just usage of a service or product.

I doubt that your power of attorney will work but if it does, simply go the a Tx DMV office and make the title change into your name. If it doesn't work, the old owner will have to accompany you to the DMV, buy a duplicate title for you, then sign it over to you so you can get a new title in your name. What the guy did that you got the car from, is to "jump" the title, which is illegal. What you did was foolish. You gave some sap some money for a car that was not his to sell because legally it still belongs to the first guy. You should have checked the title, before forking over money to make sure the title you received was in the name of your seller and was a clear, clean merchantable title
