estate planning

My real estate lawyer for home closing was suggested to me by my mortgage company. He told me he has worked with this lawer in the past and he is good. I took the lawyer. I then had a problem with the mortgage company. The company was negligent in missing my closing date. When I asked the lawyer about having to possibly open a lawsuit against the mortgage company, the lawer said he could not as he represented both myself and the bank. Is this the usual practice for a closing lawyer to represent both parties..

I can help you figure out how realistic you are being.. . If you took the SATs already and your total score was over 2300, you may be able to get a 2400 with extensive self-preparation.. . If your existing score was over 2200, you may be able to get there with a combo of your own prep and a small class or some online support.. . If your existing score is below 2200, you will almost definitively need a private tutor to hope for a 2400.

Strange...but i don't recall the last time I saw a business letter in Tagalog. If it's a legal document for people who don't speak english, I use a textbook called "Philippine legal forms." It's still available in National bookstore, i think.. . In general, I've found that a business letter in English is more efficient.

I'm a modern 21st century gal and am a firm believer in people keeping their own names at marriage, unless BOTH parties decide to change their names together (thus signifying equality). I also happen to believe kids shouldn't necessarily get just their father's name just because of an archaic tradition - they should get both parents' names. I did know of one Air Force guy in my office who changed his name to his wife's, mainly because she's the last in her line. They've divorced since, and he changed his name back to his original.. . Thank you for your fiance's service. I happen to serve part-time in the Navy Reserve.
