lawyer Feder, Jon A. Reviews

Hopefully this gives you some help. Good luck and Congrats to you!

I'm still the Trustee of an estate after eight years, (my ex-husband/friend). An executor was named, although I had power of attorney & was named Trustee! What a mess. The executor was bleeding the estate dry, & fighting for my "rights" cost me thousands of dollars. (Primary reason I fought was because my ex-husbands reputation was also an issue w/bizarre plots of the exec.) The family of my X never reinforced me, or even once asked about the diposition of his remains. (Which I paid for.) I'm now in debt up tp my hairline w/creditors calling daily. There's been NOTHING in the estate for at least four years. But guess what. If I wanted to "close" it, this would require more expense for "final distribution," yada yada, & all I can hope is that in time, it will just go away! Wish I knew more details about your question--. it's been HELL for me for more years than I care to remember.

Right now my name is in Korean.. Well, I'm US citizen !. I want to change my name, but right now. I'm working on my college application, so it's. kinda complicated.. How long does it take to change one's name comepletely. and how long does it take to get a passport!!!.

question about wills and free lawyer advice?

I think mainly its the essential requirements and guidelines describing relationships among process elements. I think of it as a sitemap that shows how processes flow together. Using guidelines and company policies to feed into it.

i am looking for somone who has experience of web layout design in photoshop to answer this question. . when desigining a layout for a website in photoshop,if i know different pages are going to have different content on them what is the best way to approach this, is it to design seperate templates for each page keeping recurring themes such as the navigation on each page or is it better to design a mockup of the design as a whole and then using this design create all the elements seperately and insert them into there own div tags. . if anyone understands please reply, best answer gets 10 points. . cheers.
