Can you change your last name in the US Army?

I have a second and final interview for an assistant managers position. For part of the interview I have been asked to do a marketing plan presentation on a promotional idea. I have an idea for the promotional idea about the company but have never done or presented a marketing plan presentation before. I don't have to include figures cause I don't know the companies costs/margins etc just target markets, the idea, why, where and when kind of thing. I wondered if anyone could give any tips on how to present ?. Anyone know any good powerpoint templates for a marketing plan?. . I'm confident about the rest of the interview and know what I'm doing there just uneasy here and don't want to let myself down..

I've had a interest in web design for a while, and dabbled about, learned some basics.. . I finally took a course in school and have learned quite a bit, I'm just beginning forms/image maps and then will begin CSS. I am doing this as a self-study, but have a teacher whom I can ask questions. It is only a half-year course, so I will probably have just begun CSS when it ends in mid-January. I plan to continue to learn, and get good at CSS after the course is done.. . I do basic graphic design with GIMP (similar to Abode Photoshop, but I want to learn Photoshop eventually). And I do basic editing of HTML, and mainly content, on a band fansite (I co-run it, I am not the original founder or owner).. . What should I do to further advance my skills? What are standards in the business (and programs used)? Any other tips would be very much appreciated, thank you!. . Note: I am only a junior in high school, so this is only a interest, but I want to be able to do everything I can now to help my skills. Thanks!. I also have an opportunity to job shadow anyone for a day... how should I go about finding a web designer (preferably small company) and selecting one/asking them? Ideally, if I choose to do this as a career, I would prefer to work in a small company where I can do multiple things not just design of a website or just scripting for it..
