Well he obviously was mortal as he was able to die., but he was not exactly like the other people of the time.. Because he was not fathered by an imperfect man he did not inherit Adamic sin and its consequence - death.. So Jesus was not immortal , rather he was perfect , and as such , he would not have grown old and died , just the same as Adam and Eve would not have done if they had of remained obedient to God.. . In many states, you can't even change the name on your DL back to your maiden name without a court order or a divorce decree. So that isn't even a possibility.. . Go into the social security office. Take your birth certificate, your marriage license, your ID with your married name, and the paper that you got from social security the first time with you into the social security office. Speak with someone and explain your problem. I know many people forget to change their name with social security at first and then do it somewhere down the line (usually after filing a tax return with the married name and the IRS rejects it since the name on file which they get from social security doesn't match the social security number). I don't see why it should be a problem.

a power of attorney has limits, all depends what you have power of attorney over. some power of attorney papers allow you to have financial access, can make medical decisions, there may be only specific things the power of attorney applies to. read it and see what it says.
