In response to your question, I suggest you to use Notepad/Kwrite/any text processor first of all! Use HTML, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), and simple/basic things like that, just with a text processor. You should not become dependent on specific software to design your web pages. Once you know how to do everything but yourself just with a text processor, start trying other software to design pages. By the way, USE FLASH for banners or things like that, so that your site can have a good look. But do not create 100% Flash sites. It is not a good idea, for many reasons, but I will not go into details about it because it is not what your question is focused on. See you.
With a name change due to marriage, you can change both your last name and middle name, but not your first name. It wouldn't be any problem to use your maiden name as your middle name--that is pretty common. You usually just drop your middle name (at least legally) when you do that.
There is no medical areas to a Durable POA. For that, she needs to have a Healthcare POA, she will appoint someone to make choices for her if she is unable. She makes choices of her own (life support, nutritional extremes, etc.) and it's up to that person to carry those wishes out.
