Hi,. . Good question about the right way to submit your information. I work with my clients in writing cover letters and resumes and we talk about these situations.. . Don't worry about the "level" of your job. You want to come off as professional and as someone who takes getting a job seriously. I am also a hiring manager and don't staple, it's annoying and it tears the paper. Your idea of paperclipping is excellent! The right order would be Cover Letter, Resume, Application. Make the hiring manager look through your information before getting to the application.. . Hopefully this helps and good luck!. . CJ

You need to find an Attorney not a Paralegal, that specializes only on Elder Law. This is the sole practice of the law office I work in. My boss is a Certified Elder Law Attorney and member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. NAELA. Estate and Medicaid planning. If I knew your location I would be able to give you some referrals.
