Hey all,. I'm an English 22 year old woman - I've recently been seriously considering changing my name. Due to financial and family spats it seems the right time to do so. Would you recommend simply adding a middle name or changing the first name? Because my father is Yugoslavian, I have no middle name (tis Yugoslav. custom... apparently), which has always sort of bugged me.

What is the meaning of Power of attorney Ownership meaning in Real estate. When and why to choose this option? Its disadvantage & Advantage?.

A purchase contract is a purchase contract. It has nothing to do with the CC&Rs or the by-laws of the condo association. One has nothing to do with the other.. . A seller can not change the by-laws and the CC&R of an association with a sale contract.. . If his purchase addendum indicated he did not have to pay association dues which document would be in effect. You bet your sweet britches. This guy is blowing smoke.

We changed our daughter's name. Here in Texas it was required for the child to be at least 13 years of age. She had to sign the forms at 13 and so did we. We paid the filing fee of $249, had to place an ad in the info section of the paper that stated the name change was taking place (this part was mandatory to ensure she wasn't running from creditors...which we found funny due to at the time she was 13). We waited for the court date to be set, which we received notification in 4 weeks from the court. In front of the judge we all stood (mom, dad,& daughter) the judge questioned her why the name change and then went over the questionnaire she filled out. Then the name change was granted. Took 10 minutes. We had to file the paper with the clerk and then pay for a few certified copies of the name change to send into social security, county records for the birth certificate, and a copy for the school.

Your receipt from the faxing company should be sufficient. If no receipt, why not copy the letter and staple it to any notes you have made about it. If you did fax it through some company, see if they'll look over the letter and stamp a copy with a date.. . What does Block Style Format have to do with this? If you want to see if they got the fax - a smart thing to do - call them or ask them to fax you back they got it. You could put this request on the cover sheet (fax sheet) of the letter. In big companies, lots of people take paperwork off the fax machine and things can get lost somewhere in the office.. . I suppose you could print FAXED somewhere on the letter but it seems odd to do that and I don't see what it would prove.
