how do i write a resume?

On the advice of my attorney, I'm writing a final letter to the father, trying to establish contact before I my attorney officially takes my case. She said it will be good to show a judge I tried to nicely contact him. Enclosed with the letter will be my contract with my attorney, along with samples of the court papers that will be filed for paternity, child support, and visitation. These are just copies that have notes and things written on them about the forms, what they mean, costs, etc. . I'm not sure what to say in the letter. The only problem we really have is he's just kinda decided to ignore the situation until he thinks it's gone away. He's never been mean to me or anything, he's just really immature. Alot of the court costs could be avoided if we could talk, even my attorney said that. Basically, I want to tell him, as nicely and respectfully as possible, that this is the last time I'm going to try to contact him without an attorney. That it will cost him over $2000 to get this all squared away in court, and that he may be responsible for my fees, too. That it won't cost me nearly as much because I am eligible for fee waivers. That if we could talk about the pregnancy and what needs to be done now, without the help of a lawyer, that it would be alot cheaper, alot less time consuming, and quicker for us to do it ourselves. I should add, he's never denied being the father, but when I didn't get an abortion, he just stopped answering his phone. I'm really bad with putting my thoughts on paper, so any help would be great. THANKS!!!.
