• Joseph G. Antinori serves as of counsel to the firm and concentrates his practice in labor and employment litigation and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in the representation of management, providing advise to management clients on employer policies and practices, and defending employer's against claims of discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment and retaliation under the NJLAD, Title VII, ADA, CEPA, ADEA, FMLA and NJFLA, in the state and federal courts as well as before the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mr. Antinori has lectured on employment related topics on behalf of management.
