Hi, i need to write up a legal document for my mother to get someone to sign in which money that will get paid to my mother and another party needs to actually all go to my mother. The other party has verbally agreed to pay my mother as soon as the money is cleared into his/her bank account however i need a legal document that this party can sign to promise to give the money as soon as the money is paid into his/her bank account. I got a deed poll certificate on line, it cost about ?10 and is a totally legal document, I am not sure where you live or the laws of your home country, but this works in the UK and is a legal document all over the world. However, if you are simply reverting back to your maiden name I don't think you need to legally do anything, just use it, it is still your name.
