I dont know how involved you want to be with computers but most college business programs offer Information System majors within business which you will be require you to learn some programming (not very intense programming), learn about networking, security, and databases. A lot of these majors go work as network admins (they make roughly in that 60k range starting), or other various position at computer companies. Since you dont like math that much a finance major is probably not the best choice but accounting doesnt really require heavy math and some schools offer accounting info systems which is like a middle ground between accouting and info system majors so that might be your choice. Regardless you should pursue a master if you can get into a good school.
