ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF OBLIGATIONS

I acknowledge that I have read, signed and been furnished with a copy of my Employment Agreement with the Company. I certify that I have complied with and will continue to comply with all of the provisions of the Employment Agreement, including my obligation to preserve as confidential all of the Company's trade secrets.

I certify that I do not have in my possession, I have not retained copies of, nor have I failed to return: any system documentation, user manuals, modification reports, training instructions, formulas, compilers, data structures, algorithms, computer source code, notebooks, notes, drawings, proposals or other documents or materials (or extracts thereof), or equipment or other property belonging to the Company.
