How to write an appeal letter to a college? Anybody know how or any ideas?

COVER LETTER....HELP!!!!!?

When to date my resignation letter?

OK, this one is a bit technical, for all of the lawyers out there.. . I'm a paralegal student in California, and have a class project to type up a samle living (inter vivos) trust. My goal is, once I get it right, to prepare one for my own family's estate planning.. . The problem is that I'm searching LexisNexis for a template, and I've found a "Revocable Trust for Unmarried Settlor," "Marital Deduction Trusts," "QTIP and Bypass Trusts" but no "Living Trust," "Inter Vivos Trust," or "Revocable Trust for Married Settlor." Sadly, my instructor's only practical experience is in Family Law, so he's uncertain as to which trust would be most appropriate, but none of the titles I've found seem to be what I need. Can anyone guide me to what might be the correct template? If it were just for the assignment, it would not be a huge deal, I'd just pick one, but as I'd like to prepare one for my family, I'd really like to get the correct instrument.. . Thanks for any guidance you may be able to offer.. . Tom.

i'm turning sixteen soon and i want to get a job, hopefully in a high street shop if not then a cafe or supermarket. trying to work on my cv but i'm not sure what to include- i have my contact info, school info (eg exams i've done, what i'm doing now) my 'skills' (like choir, drama, etc), work experience i have in a charity shop but i dunno if i should include the work experience i did shadowing a doctor (cos i'm interested in medicine but don't think shops will care). also what am i to write in the 'objective' bit? am i to talk about my good qualities, say what my long-term career goals are or what i'm looking for in this part-time job. i know there are lots of template cvs on the internet but they all seem to be for adults, and i'm only 15!.

The sum of the parts. . The heading should give the full address of the writer and the date of the letter. The inside address should be identical to the address that appears on the envelope and should give the name and full address of the person to whom the letter is written. The salutation should be consistent with the tone of the letter. The body of the letter should follow the principles of good writing. The complimentary close should be consistent with the tone of the letter and the salutation. And, your signature should be hand written legibly below the complimentary close. And, always indicate your official capacity.
