lawyer Schreuder, Ellen G. Reviews

As for the amount's you quoted, I've seen people sued for far less. If the collector sues and wins, the court costs are paid by the defendant.. . Collectors cannot seize/garnish without going to court and winning first. If you live in a state that does not allow garnishment, then they cannot garnish even if they win.. Collectors have been known to put a freeze on bank accounts before going to court (just an FYI). . As far as being served, you would have to read your states rules of service to see what is legal or not. . Your state may require face to face service or it could allow mailing the summons or even posting it in the paper.

I am working with a firm and it has been like 1 year working there, since then I have had only one salary hike which was too less to be considered as a hike at all.. Theres like 10 staffs and I am considered best with any work given. Theres staffs who are paid more then me even though I am more productive and work better than them. I wont hesitate if they increase volume of work with increased salary.. The salary hike application should be like that it doesnt look like as if I am begging for salary, like a threat that if not hiked I would leave working there and may look like as I need the hike(as the salary now isnt much enough). Please someone who has English as their first language write me an application for the same. I wish the application to be looking very official, smart and impressive one. (if u could list some site's link with sample letter of the same would also be helpful).
