My husband and I live in Florida and his mom is selling her apartment in Brazil. In order to do that she needs forms (i think it's called a power of attorney) signed by all 5 siblings getting their permission to sell the apartment before she can sell it because all the siblings are listed in a will that was made by my husband's father before he died stating that if the apartment is ever sold his wife get's 50% and the 5 kids get 10% each. My question is...do we actually have to go all the way to Miami to the Brazilian Embassy just to get a power of attorney notarized to send to his mom in Brazil or is there another way that is easier then having to drive 7 hours to Miami??? Can a regular notary notarize a form for another country?? Really hoping there is an easier way to give his permission to his mom to sell the apartment! Any help is appreciated :).

Go to your local social security office which opens at 9am. You will need a certified copy of your birth certificate and ID. And yes, your mother can go for you and she will have to provide proof of her relationship to you which means she needs a certified copy of her birth certificate or a certified copy of her marriage certificate. She must have something which shows her maiden name.. . I strongly suggest that you do NOT carry your card around with you. When you aren't using it keep it at home in a safe place where it belongs.

Resume paper is just slightly heavier paper (not as thick as cardstock) that you can pick up at any grocery store. It's often slighlty tinted as well (yellowish shades). . Word has templates for your resume and cover letter.. . For your cover letter, you should introduce yourself in the first paragraph. Then write about some of your stengths and how they'll help you in the position that you're applying for. Finish up by saying that you know you'll be a great fit for the position and look forward to hearing from the company. Use formal business letter format (address, date, etc.). . Resume: Put your educational info on top. List your graduation date, degree, etc. Below this, provide info on clubs, awards, etc.. Then list all jobs you've held. You should list the company and the job title. Then use bullet points to list out what your key responsibilities were.. . Thank you letter - thank the person for the interview, reference something specific from your conversation.

it doesnt cost several hundred dollars. it cost me about 60. my daughter had my maiden name and i wanted to change it so me AND her father had to sign name change papers in front of a notary. since her father isnt going to do that, you will just need to wait until the custody is over to see whether or not he gets any rights...if he doesnt get rights than you can change it without him, if he gets rights you may never be able to change it, unless he finally agrees, but he cant change it to his name either without you there. so just see how it goes.

Generalities. . The recommendation letter is a document that serves to introduce yourself to companies when you are seeking for work. It should be attached with the resume, and should summarize the candidate?s qualities in the professional sector..

Do you need a lawyer to get a power of attorney in Florida for a real estate issue (refinancing when spouse is out of the state)? Is it enough to copy of the forms out of a legal forms book and get it notarized?.
