I have some questions about debt collectors. I need to know what debt collection agencies can and cannot do. For example can debt collectors call you at work?. First of all, the bill that I owe to the credit card company was more than 5 years ago. Somehow or another, they got a hold of my daughter's work phone number yesterday. They scared my daughter and she handed them my husbands phone number. They wanted my husband to give them our bank account number and/or debit card number. They wanted us to pay ?400 a week til the bill paid in full. They also told him that if we don't start paying on the credit card debt that they are going to start charging 27% interest. This is an old debt/bill and they won't take any offer, not even ?25 a month. I don't have the credit card anymore because it was expired. At the time, I was paying them ?100 a month before I couldn't pay it anymore and I don't believe that I owe ?6000. I've tried to reason with them and all I was paying was interests. I had to stop paying on it because I lost my job and we were living on my husband's income til he lost his job. Our jobs aren't great and I don't make more than ?400 a week neither does my husband. This particular debt collection agency don't care if we live in our car or street. They just want their money. My husband almost gave them our bank account number and I told him, no way. I'll explain to him that if they did, they will take any amount that they want because we gave it to them permission by giving them our bank account and there is nothing that we can do. All we can do is contact our bank that they did not have permission. I want them to stop calling me and my family. How did they get my daughter's work number?? They even lied to my husband that they mailed the bills to our old address. What old address?? We lived here more than 12 years.. Any advice and opinion will be appreciated..

- Place Decal where desired on object. It might be of help if a layer of Micro-Set is brushed on the object first and then place the Decal. This process will allow the Decal to avoid the Silvering effect that can happen with just the water. Work as fast as you can in placing the lettering as the Micro-Set starts the wrinkling of the Decal and setting it to the object.

Divorce and name change???

You need to get a durable power of attorney form (from an office supply store) and have your father sign it in the presence of wittnesses. He has to be of sound mind and sign it of his own free will. It doesn't hurt to get it notorized either. It is possible that it may be challenged if he signs it right before the property is sold. These durable power of attorneys are usually made years in advance of illness and debility so that someone can take care of a person when they need it at a later time. I hope you are not taking advantage of your father.

The cover letter should identify the position you are applying for, and express your interest, and briefly state why you feel this would be a good fit for you an how you can help them. If there are any specific qualifications that they are seeking that you have, you can briefly mention what you have done that ties into that.

for now what i have to do is keep copy pasting or replace with new patient name. i would like to do it in a more structured way, for instance, create custom fields where i simply insert the blank field and i enter it once, thereby updating everywhere the field exists. it should also update automatically if i change the name.. . i have tried a bunch of solutions on the internet but for some reason they don't work. please provide tested, serious answers only! links to videos/online guides extremely helpful.
