Litigation

I am 20 years old and I live in Maryland. I want to change my last name because it too long. My name in General feels long because its my first name, middle name and my two last names. I would like to remove my second last name and just keep my first last name. I was wondering how can i do that. What is the process? By the way I have a green card so I am a legal resident..

Did Michael Jackson write his lyrics or did someone else write for him?.

Email if you need more info.

Question about the estate tax?

I have 2 questions. What kind of Power of Attorney do i need in order to give my oldest daughter custody of my youngest daughter? Also, where in New York State can i get those forms for free?. I am not trying to give my oldest daughter full custody. My youngest daughter's father and I are divorced and he still wants his part of her custody. I want to give my oldest daughter basically partial custody without having to go to court. I want to give my oldest daughter the right to enroll her in school and make medical decisions..

You don't need a form letter. It is a basic business letter in which you simply ask your question and thank them for their attention in the matter. Two sentences in block form.
