First you can not "will" a child to someone like you would a sofa.. . There are first state laws to custody that will override.. Where is the father of this child, he will have the most rights in getting custody unless he has lost all his legal rights, not merely her having full custody.. . Next the womens will is merely her wishes, that the court will have to review.. . The exector of the will has not bearing either.. . Someone will have to file in family court for custody to be award them. This means an attorney and a court hearing.. Notice has to be given anyone who has a bearing in this, the childs father , the childs grandparents and the brothers and sisters of the person who died.. . And if the child has a older sister ( half is still sister) they will also have legal rights if the childs father does not want them.. . So forget the will and someone will file in family court.. . And the child will normally inherit everything not specified in the will, so who ever is handling this, better not be using the procedes from it, untill the custody issue. I would assume the probate court would have assigned the child an attorney by now to represent the childs rights.

Cells build proteins based on instructions coded in genes (which are in DNA). There are two parts of protein synthesis: transcription and translation.. . Part 1: Transcription. Summary:. DNA is copied, or transcribed, onto a complementary strand of mRNA (messenger RNA). This happens because DNA cannot leave the nucleus, and proteins are made in the cytoplasm. The mRNA carries the protein building instructions to the ribosomes in the cytoplasm.. . Steps:. 1. RNA polymerase binds to the DNA and causes it to separate. Only one of the DNA chains (the template) is used for transcription.. 2. RNA polymerase begins adding complementary RNA nucleotides to the new strand of RNA.. 3. When RNA polymerase reaches the termination signal, transcription ends and the DNA returns to normal.. 4. The newly formed mRNA moves out of the nucleus through the nuclear pores into the cytoplasm. This mRNA strand contains the instructions for building a protein..

Well Dylan, you can't apply for a social security card anywhere else. All applications for a social security number or replacement card must be sent to a social security office for processing. And they don't charge a fee for processing a request for a card either! You need a certified copy of your birth certificate and ID - see their website for documents acceptable as ID.. . You can complete the application online but it isn't processed online. You can either handle everything through the mail but you must submit original documents for proofs because social security doesn't accept photocopies or you can go to the nearest office with the documents. Your choice.

Hi there. My name is steve & I got married 3years ago. After the wedding my wife changed her last name and took my middle name because my last name is too long and has a bad memory to me.. I bear one of my fathers name as my last name. He used to abuse me in the most horrific ways that I cant mention.. He,s passed on now.. I hate this name and avoid relating to it.. Infact I hate when peple use my last name when calling me.. On the other side of the coin I love my father In-law and named my son after him.. Do you think I,ll be a freak if I took his name as my last name and dumped my biological fathers name.. And how do I legally do it?. Ps advise.
