what's the difference between "advance directive" and "living will?"?

I have been working in Malaysia for 1 and half year. Now i have given my resignation to my company and some other employer is ready to provide me employment in their own visa. but they need no objection letter from my company that they have no objection on my next assignment with next companies and they can give me new employment visa. Can any one help me how to write a no objection letter for this..

1) if he/she buys a house that is too expensive, she/he will not be able to max out available retirement account options and will end up with a lot less money in retirement. Kapish? If she/he rents, there will never be any equity accrued, and the housing will b]=never be paid for.. . 2) Living trust - bypasses probate, speeds inheritance to heir(s), eliminates probate legal expenses, eliminates sour heirs' chances of suing and delaying distribution of assets as originally planned, makes it simple pain (a lot less pain in the arss) for the trustee versus the executor.

A form used for official purposes usually requires an official "letterhead" on the top, with an exactly reproduced (not just similar) identification seal. In government, that would be at least the exact agency name, and usually the name of the agency head
