estate planning

Hi,. . I am married and I would like to ask if I can use my Last Name as my Middle Name and use my husbands last name as my Last Name? Do I need to go to court to do that? I believe I don't have to go to court to change my middle name through marriage. What's the law on this?. . Juliana.

I have a collection agency calling me saying I owe them money but I don't owe them anything. I told them this and they told me to call their client, so I did and explained the their client the situation and they said they can't do anything because the collection agency bought the debt from them. So what can I do? I'm not paying money that I don't owe but I don't want this to affect my credit either since I have good credit..

You must change the metatags. Depending on metamorposis's software this will be easy or hard.

and the father has left a Payable on Death account to another child (money in a brokerage firm), can the child who was given the Durable Power of Attorney change and/or withdraw the money to favor herself. In other words, if one has POA do they have rights to see all of a person's financial information and make changes even if the Payable on Death is suppose to go to another child?.

When you check with the SSA office to change your name, ask for a print-out describing the activity of your SSAN for ten years. If there's something there, make sure you can verify your physical presence in another country. Things happen- someone else could have used your SSAN. Though these things happen rarely, they're a consideration for you.

It is obvious he has trust issues. I don't think this is problem about his sun sign. Generally if men act like that, its not good at all. He doesn't trust you, hes gonna control your life soon. I'm sorry but you have to leave him, or talk to him that you're not going to tolerate that. He does have some issues but you wont be happy with him forever if he treats you like that.. . It depends on his moon sign too. Or venus. He might some Cancer traits and he might need you to reassure you love him and wont be unfaithful in this relationship.. . Jared: Thats not how it works, before you try to even outsmart us, learn a thing or two about it dummy. ^^. . Bigboss: Some us don't give a damn if it goes against religion. We all aren't religious. I'll make you choke on that cigar.
