I'm in the works of opening my own photography business. But I have no idea what I'm doing. The sad part is I'm a business major in college but I have yet to learn anything about opening a business just working in one. First of what is all the legal stuff and tax stuff to getting a license. Second what do I need to keep in mind as I'm running my business. and anything else that helps. . If it helps I live in West Virginia.

There's an artist on Deviant Art that does a lot of tattoo designs. She said she makes them for individual purchasers only and that no one else can get them as a tattoo without paying her (More specifically that she says you may not copy, alter, reuse or redistribute in any way, shape or form, including tattoos.) How does that work? Could you get in trouble for doing it anyway? I'm asking because I see her work on multiple people all the time. What could she really do about it?. I think she might be from Europe. If that matters? Maybe their laws are different over there for this?.

(law school) So i plan on taking the lsat in june???....?

My asian parents named me An when I was born in Vietnam. When I was four we moved here to the US. I'm 22 now and about to graduate from college so I'm going to be looking for a job soon and I don't want potential employers or anyone else to be thrown off by my name. I'm a guy and I don't want people to mistaken me for a female and often it's mispronounced too. It's really pronounced like ahn, anh, or ahan, but a lot of people pronounced it like an or on. So what you think should I change it?.

I was wondering if the Maryland and Washington DC areas were nice places to live, I toured DC about 1 year ago and fell in love with the city, I plan on moving to Maryland or DC in the next 5-10 years if it proves to be a good place to live do business and maybe raise a family..

in terms of a job application?.
